The junky, clunky, grimly unfunny Rush Hour 3 isn't the worst movie of the summer. But it's an enervating bummer nonetheless.. Does it have to be so witless, so stupid, so openly contemptuous of the very audience ita(TM)s supposed to be pandering to?.
